OVERVIEW
What You’ll Learn
The BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management reflects the role of individuals who apply knowledge, practical skills and experience in leadership and management across a wide range of enterprise and industry contexts. Individuals at this level display initiative and judgement in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring their own workload and the workload of others.
You’ll develop job-ready skills under industry-experienced trainers, preparing you to work across residential and commercial projects.
This qualification is designed for professionals who are already working in or moving toward supervisory and management roles — people who want to lead more effectively, communicate with greater influence, and build teams that consistently perform.
Whether you're a team leader looking to formalise your skills or a business owner developing your management foundations, this diploma gives you the frameworks and practical capabilities to make a real difference.
Delivery & Assessment Note
Assessment includes written knowledge questions, workplace-based practical tasks, case studies, role plays and project submissions. A competent result in all 12 units is required to receive the full qualification. Where applicable, tasks may require access to a real or simulated workplace environment.
