  • Minimum age: 18 years

  • Completion of Year 11/12 or equivalent (or relevant industry experience)

  • IELTS 6.0 overall (or equivalent), no band below 5.5

  • LLN assessment prior to enrolment

  • Prerequisite Units: The following must be completed (or credit transferred) before assessment of asterisked units:

    • CPCCBC4001: Apply building codes and standards to Class 1 and 10 buildings

    • CPCCBC4003: Select, prepare and administer a construction contract

    • CPCCBC4004: Produce estimated costs for building and construction projects

    • CPCCBC5002Monitor costing systems on complex building and construction projects
