OVERVIEW

What You’ll Learn

The BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) reflects the role of individuals who apply highly specialised knowledge and skills in the field of organisational learning and capability development.

Individuals in these roles generate and evaluate complex ideas, initiate, design and execute major learning and development functions within an organisation — and carry full responsibility and accountability for their own output and the work of others.

This is a sophisticated, senior-level qualification. It is suited to experienced managers, learning and development professionals, and those working in or aspiring to senior organisational roles where building people capability is a strategic priority. It sits at AQF Level 8 — the same level as a bachelor honours degree — and opens direct pathways to postgraduate study including a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

If you are serious about shaping the way your organisation learns, grows and performs — this is the qualification for you.

Who Is This Course For?

This qualification is best suited to: experienced managers and leaders looking to formalise expertise at the highest VET level; learning and development professionals seeking a senior-level credential; international students pursuing a graduate-level qualification with a pathway to an MBA or further postgraduate study; and professionals in the vocational education and training sector — including RTO managers, trainers and compliance leaders.
