Complaints & Appeals
We treat all complaints and appeals with the utmost seriousness. Our process is designed to be fair, transparent and responsive.
How to Make a Complaint or Appeal
Step 1: Try to resolve the issue informally by speaking directly with the person involved or your trainer.
Step 2: If the issue is not resolved, complete the Complaints and Appeals Form and submit it to the student services team
Step 3: Your complaint will be acknowledged within 5 business days and investigated thoroughly
Step 4: You will receive a written outcome with reasons. If you disagree, you may appeal the decision within 20 days.
International Students - OSO
If your concern is not resolved through our internal process, you may escalate to the Overseas Students Ombudsman (OSO) at www.ombudsman.gov.au.
The OSO can assist with complaints about being refused admission, course fees and refunds, course progress and attendance, cancellation of enrollment, incorrect advice from an education agent, and more.
